What began as a commission to design a double garage evolved into the complete remodelling of the house's exterior, a two-storey rear extension, and a fully landscaped garden.
About the project
The exterior was unified and modernised using low-maintenance, crisp materials to create a genuinely contemporary house. Diamond-shaped zinc cladding creates an impressive first impression at the main entrance.
Connecting to the Garden
To the rear, the garden connects to the house through a garden room with a fully opening glazed wall. Above it, a new master bedroom looks down onto the patio and out across the garden.
And Also, a Double Garage
The project that started this whole transformation is still there too, a double garage to the side of the house.
