A Dramatic New Entrance
The front entrance is being relocated to the existing gable, creating a far more spacious and dramatic welcome home feeling. To the rear, a substantial extension provides a generous amount of open-plan ground floor living space.
Space for a Growing Family
Three new bedrooms sit on the first floor, with the master bedroom featuring a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
Understated From the Street
Part of the brief was to modernise the building sensitively, so it remains understated when viewed from the road. The real wow factor starts the moment you open the front door, continuing through to the large rear garden where the pitched roof extensions come into view.
